To Whom It May Concern:
The City of Royal City (City) hereby provides notice of its intent to sell the following real property:
- Tax Parcel: 071444000
- Size: approximately .2 acres, approximately 1,200 square feet commercial building (former City library).
- Location: 136 NW Camelia St, Royal City, WA 99357
If you are interested in submitting a proposal/bid, it must be received by the City before 4:00 p.m. on August 17, 2026. Proposals/bids must be in writing, signed, contain price offered, proposed use, and contact information, and be delivered to the City Clerk, 445 Camelia St. NE, PO Box 1239, Royal City, WA 99357.
The City reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to reject any or all proposals resulting from this notification or solicitation.
